APPSC: 867 Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II

Recruitment applications are invited On-line through the proforma Application to be made available on WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) for recruitment to the post of Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II in A.P. Social Welfare Sub Service, Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II in A.P. Tribal Welfare Sub Service under Group – IV Service. The desirous eligible Candidates may apply ON-LINE by satisfying themselves with the terms and conditions of this recruitment.
The details are as follows:

Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II in A.P. Social Welfare Sub Service: 578posts
Qualification: Graduation with B.Ed., / B.T. Degree of any university of the India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission


Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II in A.P. Tribal Welfare Sub Service: 289posts
Qualification: Graduation and Diploma in Education / Bachelor of Education of any university of the India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act or an institution recognized by the University Grant Commission


Fee: (Remittance of Fee) each applicant must pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee Rs.80/- (Rupees Eighty Only) (if Candidates are not exempted from payment of Fee). Payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants. The Candidate has to logon to the website (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community. Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get (downloadable)- Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India. The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance. On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit website and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application. The applicant has to invariably fill all the columns in the Application and should submit online

Examination Scheme:
General Studies: No. of Questions: 150, Maximum Marks: 150 & Duration: 150 Minutes
Concerned Subject (Diploma Standard): No. of Questions: 150, Maximum Marks: 150 & Duration: 150 Minutes
Centre’s for the Written Examination: The Written Examination will be held at the District Head Quarters/ Centers.
The candidates have to write the examination in the District only for which he/she has applied.
Candidates can apply a district post either Local or Non Local basis and shall take examination in that district only.
